Mr. Vitale  is a Trial Attorney. He actively tries cases in Pennsylvania and New Jersey,
 including construction accidents, car accidents, motorcycle accidents, elevator/escalator

malfunctions, slips & falls, bouncer assaults, negligent security, product liability, firearm malfunctions, amusement park injuries, medical malpractice,

& workers' compensation matters.

He handles a variety of commercial cases including debt collection & breach of contract matters on behalf of business clients.  He represents clients in a variety of criminal matters.  Mr. Vitale has multiple recoveries of one million dollars & over.
